Driftwood Clock

I collected this small piece of driftwood on one on my local beaches in Cumbria, North West England, and turned it into a wall clock. It is rather thin and light.

I have lightly sanded it and then coated it with some beeswax to protect and preserve the wood. The clock hands are metal, the clock parts are quartz with a non ticking, sweeping movement. It works on 1 AA battery, and I will include one with the clock. The clock work has an integrated hook, so you can hang it on your chosen wall straight away.

It measures 33cm x 10.5cm (13'' x 4 1/4'').
